MEETING ROOMS
You may see a live view of our current meeting room openings HERE . This is always kept up to date. Times that are currently blocked off represent rooms that are already scheduled. Any blank time slots are open for reservations. Currently, capacities have been reduced and 6ft social distancing enacted.
Conference Room ABC
Our largest meeting room. 29 chairs and 15 tables can be set up according to specifications found below. The room has a projector, microphone, conference call functionality, and speakers throughout the room. Patrons can plug a laptop into the projector to show the contents of their laptop on the larger screen. Conference Room ABC can be split into 3 smaller rooms to accommodate multiple groups at once. There is a sink located in Conference Room C. Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms and throughout the library. No food or drink allowed.
Board Room
Seats 6 comfortably with a large table in the middle of the room. A touch screen computer is mounted on the wall for presentational purposes. Patrons can plug a laptop into the computer to show the contents of the laptop on the larger screen. Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms and throughout the library. No food or drink allowed.
Study Rooms
Each meeting room is available for one use per day. Once used, it will not be available until the following day.
You can call the library at 920-766-6340 to check availability and reserve a study room. There is no need to use the meeting room request form.
All four rooms have a single table in middle of the room.
- Study Room A seats 2 people.
- Study Room B seats 1 people.
- Study Rooms C and D seat 1 people each.
Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms and throughout the library.
